Embroidery is priced on how long it takes the machine to sew it out. A typical left chest logo will run $3-5.00 per shirt. Lots of colors and details add to the complexity of the logo. Remember: Simple is better.

We get asked this question all of the time, “How much does it cost for printed shirts?” Screen printing is priced by how many colors you are printing and how many locations on the shirt. Also, if the shirt is a dark color, there will be an extra coat of ink, a base coat, that is needed to show on a dark color shirt. Cost effectiveness starts with at least 12. If you have a smaller quantity than 12, you might want to think about digital printing.
